Guest speakers share personal success stories and professional expertise with clients.

Our programs are implemented in conjunction with existing training and development programs offered by other agencies throughout North Texas. Many of the women participating in our program have little or no workplace experience.

Each client participates in a workshop designed to build self-esteem and provide tools for effective workplace behavior.
